Many of my clients enjoy the flexibility of hiring me hourly. These packages start with a minimum of 10 hours for $250 per hour.
This is not business coaching. This is hands-on problem solving. Think of me as your fractional COO.

Hi, I’m Isabel Affinito. I love solving operational problems in the development and construction space. I have been self-employed in real estate since 2013. In 2022, I joined a family-owned construction and development company in Austin, Texas and learned firsthand how vital systems and processes are in this space. I managed the company from a start up to a predictable, process-oriented organization. When I’m not working, I love cooking, gardening, painting, working out and spending time with my husband, our young son and our rescue mutt. We live in the great city of Austin, Texas.
