The Market-Multiple Offer Mania
The market… so hot right now. I know it has been for years, but this year so far is really active. Low inventory, short days on market, lots of multiple offers. If you’re wondering if it’s a good time to sell, yes. If you’re a buyer and you’re holding out for things to cool down… don’t hold your breath.
Understanding Development in Central Austin
I get questions all the time about “What can I build here? How do I know if I can add a story to my house? How do I know if I can expand this home?” The answers to those questions are all attainable, if not simple.

Warning, it’s 45 minutes of unedited video footage. It’s kind of boring. But trust me, watching us talk for 45 minutes is WAY less painful than spending half a million dollars on a lot, and then finding out you can’t build anything on it.
Just Listed: 2118 Glendale in Travis Heights
I’ve published a bunch of photos and videos recently of Chris’ latest project on Glendale in Travis Heights. It hit the market officially today.
We have an open house scheduled for Saturday, March 2nd, 1-3PM.
Our newest video at Glendale is this sneak peak walk-through, which was shot and edited by my company, Spyglass Realty. One major reason we made the move to Spyglass is because they take marketing so seriously, and can quickly turn around stuff like this. I love doing videos, as you know, and having some professional help to shoot, edit and publicize them is a huge time saver for me.
