Here’s the video I submitted for my application to Realtor Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Feature. And I put it here because this pretty much sums me up.
My husband, Chris, and I work together every day, and we still like each other! I know. That’s crazy, right?
The two of us do slightly different things in the real estate world. I focus on helping buyers and sellers purchase and sell property in Central Austin. If you want to buy or sell your personal home, I’m your girl. I also help investors purchase and sell property.
I like to call myself an amateur psychologist specializing in real estate sales. I have no “real” psychology credentials. It’s just that my job as a real estate agent exposes me to fascinating studies in human behavior every day. I use my hard-earned self-proclaimed psychology know-how to help people solve their life problems, as they relate to real estate.
What I really love about my work is helping the people. (Check out Our Principles here for more on this point).
Chris focuses on helping investors locate lots, underwrite, finance, renovate and build luxury properties. (Then I sell the properties when complete). If you want to understand the economics of building from the ground up, renovating a property, “flipping,” wholesaling, investing, financing, hard money, refinancing, or anything that requires an excel spreadsheet to answer, ask Chris.
What Chris really loves about his work is the numbers.

I also like to make ridiculous real estate videos, like this Facebook Live about an investment my husband and I bought, where the squatters kindly left us some knives in the ceiling.
